Lake View Studio near Marina with Pool, Balcony and Gym

Positive: The team was present and responsive from the beginning, with emails and messages before and during the stay. The apartment is around a 10–15 minute walk from the metro. The immediate area is not the nicest part of JLT in my opinion, but overall the location was still reasonably convenient. The balcony view was pleasant and relaxing in the evening. 30th floor Negative: The biggest issue was WI-FI: did not work (for 2 weeks), however I purchased data to connect and the team promptly refunded the amount spent. BATHROOM SINK: was already blocked when I arrived. I was initially given manual drain-unblocking to deal with it myself, but it did not solve the issue. I had to insist several times before maintenance was eventually sent to properly unblock the pipe. Staff and technicians had to enter the apartment four separate times during my stay, which was disruptive. WI-FI: Two of those visits were related to the Wi-Fi. The technician explained clearly that he needed access to the building’s main Wi-Fi equipment, but the agency did not properly follow up to arrange access to the equipment above the ceiling. I was therefore left without reliable internet and had to purchase additional mobile data at my own expense. I also found a small cockroach in the apartment. General cleanliness could also be improved. The mattress did not even have a protective cover, the carpets looked not very clean. Despite the issues, the team was always present and very responsive.

Positive: Прекрасно оборудованные апартаменты, даже для длительного проживания! Удобное месторасположение, быстрое заселение, комфортные условия проживания, наличие парковки! Все это делает это жилье очень привлекательным для путешественников. Останавливаемся здесь не в первый раз и вернемся, обязательно еще!

Positive: Великолепное место! Чисто, уютно! Очень удобная система заселения. Есть парковка! Апартаменты оборудованы всем необходимым для длительного проживания! Рекомендую!

Cozy Studio with a great location! Positive: Great location, cozy unit. Has a nice view over the lake. Negative: Wasn’t too cleaned, and the thermostat is kind old. But it works.

Small and a bit worn out apartment on the 30th floor Positive: Nice location, amazing lake view from the balcony (it’s 30th floor), close to metro and many restaurants and supermarkets, super responsive host. Negative: Something is wrong with the water drain, so the bathroom literally stinks. The smell was heavy, luckily the weather would let me leave both the bathroom door and the balcony open - this helped a lot. I never reported this to the host though, but when I reported the clogged sink, they would send someone to fix it immediately. The apartment itself is tiny and looks a bit worn out
